About the role

We are searching for a bright, ambitious and personable Programme Delivery Lead to join Positive as we embark on a new and exciting phase of growth.

Reporting into the CPO, you will be the expert on delivery and facilitation of Positive’s programmes. In addition to developing excellent content, you will be responsible for shaping how we deliver high-quality, engaging and interactive learning experiences to meet our purpose of empowering communities with the psychological skills to flourish. You’ll also work with our Client and Operations team to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure that delivery of our programmes meets our clients’ needs.

The role is full-time and will start remotely, with future travel requirements to client sites once it is safe to do so. This role will be essential to supporting Positive to scale our programme delivery, with real opportunity for the right person.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences to senior leaders in corporate organisations across our Positive Talks and Positive Leaders Programmes
  • Support our research, development and iteration of all Positive products and programmes
  • Support the training and development of fellow Positive Associates
  • Align Positive programmes to the needs of our clients and the broader sector
  • Work with our Client and Operations team to build the Positive brand with clients, and support the team to identify opportunities to deepen our client relationships


About you

We’re looking for the following skills, interests and experience:

  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills – you articulate concepts of psychological skills and health in an engaging and accessible way. You have strong presentation and public speaking skills that can be applied to virtual delivery
  • Outstanding academic background – at least a Masters degree in Psychology, Neuroscience or a relevant Applied Science (PhD in Psychology preferred)
  • At least five years’ experience as a practicing Psychologist or within a relevant corporate setting
  • Passion for psychological skills and wellbeing – you have a strong interest in psychology and have an ongoing commitment to maintain your knowledge in this area. You believe in the importance of proactive management of psychological health
  • Ability to apply scientific content in a real-world setting – you take a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach to apply psychological principles in a practical way. You can contextualise content to fit specific client needs
  • Demonstrate leadership and presence – you positively command a room (in person and virtually) when presenting and are seen as a credible expert when delivering content. You are comfortable with questions and challenges from participants
  • Strong relationship building ability – you are quick to build rapport and trusting relationships with those you facilitate, and with your colleagues. You are comfortable working with leaders in corporate settings
