Problem Solving

  • Manage and lead problem solving for entire engagement, breaking down into manageable workstreams as appropriate to team members ​
  • Make use of synthesis in story lining and draft documents to drive problem solving​
  • Ensure robust end-to-end analysis is produced by team​
  • Plan problem solving meetings with Partners to make best use of time on behalf of whole team

Managing Delivery

  • Project manage delivery of work to agreed scope, quality, timeframe and resources​
  • Deliver high quality, client ready end products​
  • Plan for and ensure effective preparation for client meetings​
  • Own the day-to-day management of client interactions​
  • Support Consultants, Analysts and Senior Analysts to know when and how to effectively flag concerns or issues in delivery

Change Leadership

  • Support facilitation of senior leaders in organisation’s to make a difference and influence people in the system​
  • Develop team awareness of the impact change has on leaders and organisation’s​
  • Drive planning and preparation for workshops and focus groups, tailoring to the needs of audience to create momentum​
  • Supports client in developing innovative solutions

Business Focus

  • Building constructive relationships with clients including engaging clients in discussion of future requirements ​
  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients ​
  • Contribute to relevant service line/new market development


  • Lead appropriate client meetings to deliver effective results and positive relationships​
  • Independently lead interviews​
  • Clearly present and communicate findings in a range of media as highly polished end products to both the team and wider client meetings​
  • Manage effective production of complete polished documents from beginning to end​
  • Produce high quality written material in PowerPoint and in polished prose

Skills and Knowledge

  • Develop an expert knowledge in a field​
  • Teach team in effective use of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to clearly present and communicate findings ​
  • Extensive healthcare knowledge base​
  • Contribute to the effective management of knowledge in the organisation


  • Create effective team working internal to CF and with clients​
  • Own the day-to-day management of the team and content​
  • Help make most effective use of Partners in problem solving's and in client interactions to benefit client and team ​
  • Proactively manage and communicate the need for Partner time​
  • Lead and coach Consultants, Analysts and Senior Analysts particularly in problem solving, communications and management ​
  • Provide honest and effective feedback upwards and downwards​
  • Provide stable leadership under pressure
