What does it cost?
We offer a free consultation to establish and recommend the most appropriate service model based on our clients needs. These models include:
• Flat fees for marketing and pre-screening candidates - typically <25% of a traditional head-hunter fee (we can include marketing on university job boards)
• More hands-on screening support* or proactive search, on either a fixed-fee or success fee basis
• Pre-hire capability & personality assessments via our proprietary ConsultingQ assessments (fixed monthly cost for all your applicants). This includes personalised candidate reports and on-demand exports of test result data for analysis
*We review 100s of profiles, video screen candidates, and shortlist the best for you to consider. Simply review their profiles, watch their intro videos, and invite the best to interview. We support you right through to offer.
