Mike has broad experience from 20 years in consultancy, and now specialises in the areas of procurement, performance improvement and business change. He initially held line management posts in Ford Motor Company and The Mars Group before training as a consultant with Ernst & Young, where he worked on strategic purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain reviews. A skilled presenter and facilitator, Mike has wide ranging experience in designing, developing and delivering development programmes to diverse audiences. Subjects range from procurement, business process improvement, cost reduction techniques, project management, partnering and managing supplier relationships.

Andrew is a Programme Manager with over 35 years experience in the consulting and infrastructure industry. His career as a Certified Management Consultant has focused on strategy, programme management, business process improvement, performance management & change management on large and complex programmes within a number of sectors. Working as a Programme Manager, Management Consultant or Project Manager on many large projects or complex change programmes both in the UK and abroad, Andrew has consistently delivered tangible benefits to clients in the form of cost reductions, increased outputs or improved ways of working.

Adam is responsible for managing our PR and Marketing activity including website, social media, marketing campaigns, sales lead management, our CRM database, branding, research and product development. He is a creative and strategic Learning & Development professional.

Caroline assists with the organisation of course materials, researching venues for workshops, booking flights and accommodation for consultants where required. She is a point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager, thus ensuring effective communication at all times
