All staff from the CEO down spend a significant amount of their time on client assignments so as to remain up-to-date with current issues and trends within our clients’ businesses and markets. TORI operates on a global basis, supported by our worldwide Alliance Partners. We work to ensure that these four values are inherent in everything we do, from internal processes to service delivery.

Martin Harvey Photo

Martin Harvey

CEO

Martin is a founding partner and CEO of TORI. A true authority and key influencer in the industry, he has 25+ years experience within IT and wholesale investment banking. Martin has held numerous senior positions both in a local capacity, and latterly as Global CIO for two Investment Banks. To complement his strong technical skills, Martin has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the Investment Banking industry. Martin has very strong leadership and people management skills and has had budgetary responsibility in excess of 700m Euros and responsibility for 2,000+ staff based worldwide. Martin was CIO at UBS, responsible for re-engineering technology. He was then recruited as Regional Head of Technology for the Americas by ING Barings and after two years became the Global CIO. He later joined Societe Generale as Global CIO and was a member of the Wholesale and Investment Banking Global management committee with overall responsibility focused on global technology.

Chris Renardson Photo

Chris Renardson

Managing Director

Chris has over 25 years experience in wholesale, retail and investment banking operations and has worked for both US and European houses at COO level. Key areas of expertise include: current state analysis and operating model design; process re-engineering; implementation of managed services; execution of sourcing strategies; and regulatory impact assessment. Prior to joining TORI Global, Chris worked for KPMG and was responsible for delivering a diverse range of strategic initiatives for clients including Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and the London Stock Exchange. Chris began his career with Credit Suisse First Boston and went on to hold senior positions with NM Rothschild & Sons Limited, Bank One and ABN Amro, where he was Global Head of Strategy, Change and Business Management for Global Markets Operations. Subsequent to this, he was Global Head for Securities Operations, with responsibility for both the tactical and strategic Change agenda.

Managing Director

Costas is a Senior Technology professional with over 25 years of experience, in-depth knowledge of technology and technology trends, and the application of IT to support and drive business strategy. Costas has held various senior technology roles in Top Tier Financial services organisations as well as technology service providers. He has held the positions of Global Head of Fixed Income IT, providing technology services to the Fixed Income business line, Global CTO for major Investment Bank where he was instrumental in the transformation.

Jonathan Dinham Photo

Jonathan Dinham

Senior Consultant

Jonathan has worked within financial services for 12 years within large scale transformation programmes and has been the TORI Global Regional Manager for Asia Pacific for the last two years. Jonathan has experience in designing and delivering Application and Infrastructure Migrations to address Tech Debt, Software Currency and Data Centre moves, designing industrialised migration processes, achieving business driven IT change. Prior to joining TORI, Jonathan ran Application Remediation delivery for Wealth and Insurance companies.
