Mark Billige

Chief Executive Officer, London

Mark Billige is CEO of Simon-Kucher & Partners, elected to lead the consultancy with Andreas von der Gathen in 2019. During his 15-year career with the company, he grew the UK business as Managing Partner and served on the company’s global board. Mark joined Simon-Kucher in 2006 in the firm’s London office. In 2010, he was elected into the partnership and was appointed UK Managing Partner one year later. Mark started his career in the Telecoms, Media and Technology practice at PwC Consulting while qualifying as a chartered management accountant (ACMA). He subsequently moved into the telecoms industry, joining the corporate finance team at FLAG Telecom/Reliance Communications and eventually taking over as pricing manager.

Dimitris Hiotis

Global Head of Leisure, Travel & Tourism, London

Dimitris is the Global Head of the Leisure, Travel and Transportation practice at Simon-Kucher. He holds a MSc in Decision Sciences and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics. Dimitris has 20 years’ experience in pricing, marketing & revenue management. Prior to Simon-Kucher he worked for TUI Travel UK, where he was responsible for developing, implementing & supporting the first ever dynamic pricing solution for a tour operator business. During his time at Simon-Kucher, Dimitris has been primarily focused on the leisure, travel and hospitality industries such as restaurants, holiday parks, hotels, tour operators and passenger transportation players.

James is the Managing Partner at Simon-Kucher. He is a commercial strategy and global pricing expert, specialising in the B2B Services and Retail & Consumer Goods sectors. He has experience both within the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on helping private equity companies to achieve revenue and profit growth in their portfolio companies. He is a partner and Head of the UK Consumer Goods practice at Simon-Kucher & Partners, the world's leading pricing advisor. James is a regular media commentator on pricing topics, and speaker at conferences and events. His specialties include: commercial strategy, Global pricing strategy, Sales excellence, B2B contract pricing, Multi-channel pricing strategy, Price-Pack architecture, Promotional planning, Trade promotion strategy, Negotiation strategy & tactics.

Partner, London

David Smith is a Partner in the London office of Simon-Kucher. Since joining in 2007, David has worked for both the London and San Francisco offices and has conducted projects across the UK, Europe and US. David is a published author, conference speaker and commentator on pricing and commercial strategy topics. David’s core area of focus is B2B Software, Tech and Data Services. He is an expert in revenue model design, including transitioning to subscriptions, packaging optimisation, pricing optimisation and sales effectiveness. He also leads the Education practice in the UK. Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners David studied Economics at the University of Warwick.
