PricewaterhouseCoopers is an Anglo-American multinational professional services network of firms, operating as partnerships under the PwC brand. PwC ranks as the second-largest professional services network in the world and it is considered one of the 'Big Four' accounting firms, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. PwC has its own advisory service with a global network of multi-disciplinary and generalist consultants.

Demonstrating genuine leadership is more important to us than size or short term revenue growth.

Our goal is to build the iconic professional services firm, always at the front of people’s minds, because we aim to be the best. We set the standard and we drive the agenda for our profession. We value our past but look to invest in our future to leave the firm even stronger than when we inherited it. We will achieve the three pillars of our vision by living and breathing a common set of behaviours.

To achieve our aim to be recognised as the ‘the leading professional services firm’ we must be innovative, responsible and attract outstanding people.

Our strategy is therefore built around five priorities:

  1. to be technology enabled;
  2. to deliver exceptional value to our clients;
  3. to empower our people;
  4. to lead by example;
  5. to invest in sustainable growth.

Attracting the right talent continues to be paramount and as a progressive employer we will continue to develop a diverse and agile workforce.

Our Culture

Our workplace is one of collaboration, teamwork and innovation. But, above all, it’s one that embraces difference. Not every firm is like this. We see your unique differences as a key asset to our community. And, rather than have you blend in, we want to help you unleash your full potential – both personally and professionally. This is our commitment to you.

Careers with PwC

Meaningful careers that help you to connect, grow and make an impact.

Creating a meaningful career is important, but so is harnessing your human difference.

To do both, you need the right opportunities. This is why PwC is all about people. We encourage and support both your professional and personal development, lifelong learning, individuality and choices.
