Plural is a sector-focused strategy consultancy, established to meet the challenges of a data-driven and digital world

About Us:

Plural is a strategy consultancy helping businesses to deliver transformational growth. Plural’s founding principle has been to create lasting impact for its clients through evidence-based decision making and close collaboration.

Through its offices in London and New York Plural advises some of the major corporates and Private Equity investors globally in the Events, Media, Information & Technology, Agribusiness and Industrial Technology sectors.

The sectors we work in are undergoing accelerated change. Technology, data, content are converging, leading to new products, new business models, new competitors and new routes to market. This presents a considerable opportunity as well as challenges for businesses and their leadership teams.

Our approach combines a depth of expertise across our sectors with leading-edge analytical capabilities and proprietary data sources. At the heart of the Plural philosophy is a belief that effective advice is built upon:

- Taking our clients’ challenges as our own
- Providing clarity and direction, even in the most complex situations
- Using data to underpin everything we do
- Bringing energy and commitment to every engagement

We have created a vibrant, high performance culture which combines energy, intellect and rigour with innovative thinking.

We are global in our outlook, multilingual, and our work takes us to every continent. Both internally and with our clients we operate a flat, open and inclusive structure involving staff at all levels in decision-making and in developing perspectives on our sectors.

This culture lies at the root of the results we deliver, and is fundamental to building and sustaining our team of highly motivated consultants.

Mission:

Our approach combines a depth of expertise across our sectors with leading edge analytical capabilities and proprietary data sources. We are committed to solving the challenges in our sectors in the most effective way.

Plural Philosophy:

We are very interested to hear from people who embrace the Plural philosophy. We are looking for people who combine outstanding intellect and analytical capability with commercial judgement. Our team is highly collaborative, but also keen to use their own initiative.
