We founded LanciaConsult in Singapore in April 2012 after being frustrated with the sector shifting from advisor to supplier, driven by the pursuit of high revenue projects, large scale outsourcing. Recommending solutions that addressed clients’ real needs, often felt like an afterthought. We felt there was a better way, a more client centric way. We set out to listen, to provide clients with relevant experience, and to always scale our advice and solutions to our clients’ needs. Our team of experts is dynamic, collaborative, and easy to work with. We always provide dedicated teams overseeing our client projects; real people with relevant experience from start to finish. Our mission was to provide our clients with the right solutions for their business; solutions delivered by real people with relevant experience from start to finish.

Jeff started his career in programme delivery in the pharmaceutical industry, spending 6 years with Eli Lilly followed by 9 years with Accenture in their technology consulting practices in London and Singapore. In 2012 he co-founded LanciaConsult and he leads the company as Group Managing Director, overseeing what is today a diverse consultancy business operating across Asia and Europe.

Rob is a seasoned transformational programme manager who has worked across a variety of industry sectors and technologies. Before joining LC he worked at The Berkeley Partnership, where he was responsible for defining, procuring and directing large scale transformational change and technology programmes. He spent his formative years in Accenture’s CRM division.

Commercial Managing Director

Nic started his career at Fidelity Investments in London, before spending 3 years in Accenture’s European strategy consulting practice. He then spent over a decade as Chief Investment Officer of Lentus Asset Management in Johannesburg. After 6 years of involvement with LanciaConsult as an advisor and non-executive director, Nic joined the company full-time as Commercial Managing Director in 2020.

Ned has more than 18 years experience working on large technology transformation programmes, helping clients to design their IT operating model. He has worked across a variety of industries, both public and private sector, more recently in Financial Services and Retail.

Nichola brings 20 years of management consulting experience with the leading consultancies and she specialises in Digital & IT Transformation, Portfolio & Programme Management and IT Service Management. Nichola’s industry experience spans Financial Services, Government & Defence, Logistics, Energy, Retail and Informatics, helping client teams and leaders through complex change delivery.
