Partner

Verena Ahnert is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office. She advises a wide range of clients in the biopharmaceutical, diagnostics and research tool sectors. Verena has extensive experience related to long-term growth strategies and new product expansion opportunities, with particular interest in pricing and market access strategies. Prior to joining L.E.K., Verena worked as an independent consultant in the life sciences industry, focusing on business planning and market entry for diagnostics and life sciences tool companies. She holds an M. Phil. and a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.

Andrew Allum is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office with more than 23 years of consulting experience. Andrew works in specific areas of our practices in surface transport, marine services and business services. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science (first class) in Physics from Imperial College and a Master of Science from Oxford University.

Partner - Organisation & Performance Practice

Philip Roux is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office and is a member of the global Organization & Performance (O&P) practice. His primary focus is on delivering large, complex change programs, including strategy implementation, performance improvement, organizational redesign and post-merger integration. Philip works with a diverse range of clients across the Industrials, Life Sciences, Technology and Media & Entertainment sectors, delivering high-impact projects addressing issues such as process optimization, decision rights and cross-functional collaboration; change management and program activation; functional performance evaluation; and growth strategy development and implementation. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2006, Philip received a B.A. in Business Economics and Biology from Brown University.

Mark Boyd-Boland

Partner

Mark Boyd-Boland is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office. He has been with the firm since 2014 and is a member of L.E.K.’s global Consumer practice. Mark has led a number of high-profile strategy and transformation projects for large corporates and has provided buy- and sell-side support on multiple transactions. He has extensive experience advising clients across the retail, consumer products, and travel and leisure sectors, having worked on a broad range of strategic engagements including growth strategy, digital strategy, proposition development, customer segmentation, loyalty and customer experience, and market entry. Mark holds undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney and an MBA from INSEAD.

Partner

Anne Dhulesia is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office and a member of the Life Sciences European practice. She advises clients on a wide range of assignments in the sector (from drugs to outsourced services such as CDMO), including the identification of business development opportunities, business plan development, market potential assessments and defining long-term strategies. She also provides transaction support to pharmaceutical, biotech and private equity firms looking to acquire, divest or exit assets. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree from Ecole Normale Superieure (Ulm) in Paris, a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
