She is responsible for Sales Team Optimisation, New Market Development, Wellbeing at Work, Strengths-Based Development, Transforming Workplace Culture and Coaching. As a coach and passionate believer and student in positive psychology, she is inspired by the purposeful work that teams at Gallup do to transform workplaces and enable cultures of high development. She is a strengths-based leader, partner and parent, and she is committed to helping her clients and team exceed their goals. Since 2007, she has worked in several roles within Gallup as a leader to internal consulting teams and client leaders across Asia. In her present role of Regional Director, she is responsible for the growth of Gallup's learning and business solutions across EMEA (previously Asia).

The advisory and analytics services transform the way organisations make decisions, develop their leaders, manage talent and performance while achieveing sustainable growth with strengths based strategies, programs and platforms. He is passionately committed to a goal focused and strengths based philosophy of servant leadership that is founded in empowerment, coaching, achievement and accountability. He is an energetic and highly collabrative leader with expertise in defining and implementing business strategy, and leading large complex transformation programmes.

Executive Director of Europe Operations and Client Service

Jon is the Executive Director of Europe Operations and Client Service. In his previous role as a Consultant & Performance Manager at Gallup, Faue led a team of 25 Gallup research consultants with an array of talents, specializations, and career goals across three geographic regions. Faue also partnered with division leaders and project managers to identify the correct talent, expertise, and skillset needed to successfully execute programs and achieve project objectives and the used this data to build staffing matrixes. He also met with project teams weekly to address performance issues, resolves resourcing conflicts, and forecasts future needs.
