As founder, chairman, and CEO of Forrester Research, George is one of the most influential thought leaders in the world of business and technology. He is a trusted advisor to executives around the globe, providing context and clarity around the digital disruptions that change the way we live and work. George founded Forrester in his basement 30 years ago. He, along with many talented and passionate colleagues, has built the company into one of the world’s most successful independent research and advisory firms with locations in more than 30 countries. George personifies the Forrester experience and the company’s values with direct, honest advice. “When I meet with a client, I have one mission,” George has said. “To tell them something they don’t know.” Throughout his career, George has made provocative, tenacious, and groundbreaking calls about business and technology.

Ryan Darrah

Chief Legal Officer

Ryan serves as the chief legal officer, leading and managing the company’s legal and regulatory affairs. He advises Forrester’s board of directors, executive team, and operating and corporate services groups on a variety of issues and maintains the company’s relationships with external legal counsel. Ryan joined Forrester in 2007, most recently acting as assistant general counsel. Prior to joining Forrester, Ryan served as vice president and general counsel for Sport Loyalty Systems, and before that, he served as the vice president and general counsel for ProfitLogic. Ryan began his career as a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray. Over the course of eight years with the firm, he focused primarily on technology company representation, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and public securities.

Chief Financial Officer

With nearly 30 years of financial and management experience at major companies, Michael serves as Forrester’s chief financial officer (CFO). He leads Forrester’s finance team and oversees the company’s relationships with investors, market analysts, accountants, and bankers. Michael’s responsibilities also include both managing day-to-day financial activity as well as planning for Forrester’s long-term opportunities. Prior to joining Forrester, Michael was CFO of EasyLink Services, a publicly traded global telecommunications messaging provider. There he led an organization focused on improving productivity and financial planning and reporting. Previously, Michael served as CFO at Dun & Bradstreet, North America, responsible for driving the cash flow process improvement to record cash performance, and successfully integrating the Hoovers acquisition.

Christophe serves as Senior Vice President EMEA & APAC Sales at Forrester. He is an International Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with broad experience in the business and research information industry. Outstanding international performance track record. He has a C-level EMEA, APAC and LATAM sales and general management experience, global account management, business to business marketing strategy, business development in Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. Christophe is a talented strategist that is able to deliver profitable record breaking revenue in highly complex and competitive environment. He has an ability to thrive in a multi cultural, open environment where both creating and executing the strategy are requirements. Experienced member of executive committees.
