What we do

As management consultants, we help our clients identify and deliver business improvements – and sustain those changes in the long term. We have built an international reputation as The Procurement Experts, which is why we attract highly talented people.

At Efficio, you will work with an impressive list of global clients helping them deliver accelerated impact to their bottom line. You will learn from the best in the business: our international team combines unparalleled consulting expertise and industry experience with a unique blend of intellectual capital and proprietary e-Flow technology to get real results and advance our clients’ capability.

High-profile clients and projects

We are proud to work with the best. Our clients include blue-chip multinationals, Private Equity companies and SME clients around the world.

Our projects range from supporting a rail company in contracting a multi-year infrastructure spend to redesigning a Utility firm’s global procurement organisation, executing a Strategic Sourcing process across a wide range of categories for a retail firm to designing processes for managing temporary staff for a bank. To date Efficio has undertaken projects across six continents in more than 30 different countries.

Making an impact

We are consultants first and foremost, with a key focus on procurement. We are also doers rather than advisers: we don’t just leave a report and walk away – we become part of our client’s team. You will work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis, from identifying how their organisation can be improved, through helping them with any necessary changes, to the delivery of cost savings and creation of a platform for them to take their business to the next level. So you have a tangible impact on their business – and the satisfaction of knowing you have furnished them with the skills and know-how to sustain their success.

As a dynamic business, we are always looking at ways to diversify. This means you experience a constantly evolving landscape in which to test your skills and grow your career, all the while supported by some of the best practitioners in the world.

Innovative technology

As well as working with talented people, you have access to state-of-the-art technology and software. Using the eFlow platform, Efficio is developing a suite of best-in-class procurement technologies that revolutionises the way we think about, deliver and manage savings.

We now have a dedicated in-house team of technology experts creating products that are relevant, useable and pragmatic – making it easier for you to help clients adopt and benefit from them.
