Mike Salvino

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike Salvino is president and CEO of DXC Technology, the world's leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, serving nearly 6,000 private and public-sector customers in 70 countries and from a diverse array of industries. Mr. Salvino, who became CEO in September 2019, also serves on the DXC Board of Directors, where he has been a member since May 2019. Prior to joining DXC, Mr. Salvino served as managing director of Carrick Capital Partners from 2016 to 2019, where he was directly involved with Carrick's portfolio companies and in sourcing new investments, growing and managing large scale tech-enabled services businesses, specifically business process outsourcing, security and machine learning. Prior to his tenure at Carrick, from 2009 to 2016 Mr. Salvino served as group chief executive of Accenture Operations, one of Accenture’s five businesses.

Steve Turpie

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Steve Turpie is senior vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for driving market and business growth, and for coordinating all operations in these regions. Previously, Mr. Turpie served as head of customer account management for UK, Ireland, Israel, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Turpie has significant skills and experience in operations, sourcing, IT, shared services and finance. He has worked across a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare and telecommunications, developing and leading major strategic transformation initiatives for global organizations. Prior to joining DXC Technology, Mr. Turpie was technology and process transformation director at QBE Insurance.

Colin Henderson is Director Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry, UK, Ireland, Israel, Middle East & Africa at DXC Technoligies. He is the industry lead accountable for the Healthcare & Life Sciences P&l in the UKIIMEA region. Prior to this role, he was the Director Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry, UK&I where he was accountable for the UK & Ireland P&L for DXC, covering business planning, strategy & sales execution for all software products and horizontal solutions spanning EPR, Population Health, Integrated Care, Cloud & Platform, Business Process Services, Enterprise and Cloud Applications, Analytics, Security, Application Services & Workplace/Mobility. Member of regional senior leadership team, reporting to UK CEO. Member of the global healthcare leadership team reporting to Global CEO of Healthcare & LifeSciences.

Mark Hughes

Senior Vice President, Offerings & Strategic Partners

Mark Hughes is DXC Technology’s senior vice president of offerings and strategic partners. He is responsible for DXC’s technology strategy and driving innovation and growth in DXC’s core offerings. Mr. Hughes is also responsible for relationships with DXC’s ecosystem partners, which include industry leaders in cloud, enterprise applications and software, networking and hardware. His oversight of DXC’s technology strategy, offerings and partners ensures that the company is bringing the best solutions across the enterprise technology stack to meet the needs of its customers. Previously, Mr. Hughes led DXC's security organization and offerings. Mr. Hughes joined DXC Technology from BT, a world-leading global telecommunications provider, where he most recently served as chief executive of BT Security. He joined BT in 2002 and held a variety of senior appointments, including key government customer-facing roles.
