CEO, Management

Tim is the Chief Executive Officer of Broadridge, having been appointed to this role in January 2019. He was elected to the Broadridge Board of Directors in 2019. Tim served as President of Broadridge from 2017 to 2020, when Mr. Perry was appointed the Company’s President by the Board, and served as Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2019. He joined Broadridge in 2010 as Chief Corporate Development Officer and was responsible for the company’s growth initiatives. Prior to joining, Tim was President of the Retail Tax business at H&R Block. Earlier, he spent 13 years at McKinsey and Company. Tim also serves on the Board of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. Tim is a member of the board of directors of the Partnership for New York City.

Chris was appointed President of Broadridge in March 2020. Previously, he served as our Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions from 2014 to 2020. Chris leads Broadridge's top clients and partners, overseeing Broadridge International, and coordinating Broadridge's overall growth strategy. He joined Broadridge in 2014 after more than 25 years in banking, brokerage and financial information services. Most recently, he was Global Managing Director of Risk for the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters. Over the previous 14 years, Chris held numerous roles at Thomson Reuters and its predecessor, Thomson Financial. Chris currently serves on the Board of the Financial Services Institute.

Mike is President of Wealth Management and Global BPO at Broadridge, with leadership responsibility for the Broadridge Wealth Platform; the next-generation industry-level open platform that uniquely address Wealth Management firms’ need to transform their technology and business models. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Charles Schwab. Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Hofstra University.

On the acquisition of FundsLibrary, Arun was appointed to CEO to lead the Fund Communication Solutions combining businesses in the UK and Ireland. FCS establishes the most comprehensive digital platform, supporting the life cycle of fund data, documents and regulatory reporting for the global investment industry. The division is the cornerstone of the Group’s strategy to grow in the asset management industry through organic and acquisitive growth.

Mike heads Broadridge’s regional marketing for EMEA – Europe, Middle East and Africa – helping firms transform and unlock business value through our leading solutions and managed services including: multi-asset post-trade processing, proxy voting and corporate governance intelligence and operational control. He is highly experienced, international marketingwith a proven track-record for strategic marketing leadership, client-centric growth programmes and best-practice governance. In a rapidly changing – and challenging – business environment, Mike is firmly committed to delivering thought leadership insights and value propositions that help clients mitigate risk and respond to the velocity of regulatory change.

Anthony is the Managing Director, Head of Sales - EMEA (Major Accounts). He leads a team of experienced sales executives focused on the largest financial institutions in EMEA. He is responsible for delivering record sales growth in International markets which is a key pillar of the Broadridge corporate strategy for the next 5 years. Prior to this, Anthony was the Managing Director, Sales - EMEA. He was responsible for new business sales and coordinating significant global relationships that cross multiple lines of business. His activity resulted in one of those Tier 1 Investment Banks outsourcing their Global Post-Trade Securities Operation onto Broadridge Operations & Technology across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
