Ayman Sayed

President and CEO

Ayman Sayed was named president and chief executive officer of BMC Software, Inc., in October 2019. Prior to joining BMC, Ayman was president and chief product officer of CA Technologies, a $4.25 billion Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for the vision, strategy, and development of their portfolio of products and solutions. During his tenure, he led a significant transformation of CA into higher-growth businesses including infrastructure software management, security, automation, and DevOps. Ayman previously served as senior vice president at Cisco Systems where he led the Network Operating System Technology Group, responsible for the software on which nearly every Cisco networking product runs. He helped Cisco pioneer the programmable networks arena and drove innovation broadly across networking software, which enabled the evolution of the intelligent network to support application awareness and the Internet of Things.

Bill Miller

President, Compuware Integration and Select Technologies Group/Mid-Market

Bill Miller is president of Compuware Integration and Select Technologies Group/Mid-Market for BMC Software, Inc. Previously, Bill led the ZSolutions business, with full P&L responsibility for the company’s suite of industry-leading Automated Mainframe Intelligence (AMI) solutions. Bill has also served as BMC’s chief operating officer, president of its Mainframe Solutions Management business unit, and general manager of Data Management. Bill joined BMC from BindView Development, where he was senior vice president and chief operating officer. Earlier in his career, Bill spent 21 years at IBM, where he held a variety of positions including in sales, marketing and general management. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

Marc Rothman is senior vice president and chief financial officer of BMC Software, Inc. Marc is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large, global companies. Before joining BMC, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at VeriFone Systems, a leader in global payment services and solutions. Prior to VeriFone, Marc served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Motorola Mobility and led Motorola Mobility’s spinoff from Motorola Solutions and its sale to Google in 2012. Marc also served in finance leadership roles at Motorola Solutions, General Instrument, and Audit Advisory Services at Deloitte. Marc is member of the board directors of Quantum Corporation and is chairman of Quantum’s Audit Committee.

Vice President, Global Services, EMEA & APAC

Jean is the Vice President, Global Services, EMEA & APAC at BMC Software Inc. He is an experienced global services leader, focused on assisting IT clients to become service-brokers in the digital economy. He is the General manager of the Consulting and Managed Services business for the International element of BMC Global Services. He is responsible for full P&L management, driving a positive contribution margin to the Corporation, accountable for the efficient and cohesive functioning of Sales, Delivery, Operations and Assurance functions and aligned to a peer-group across North America and Latin America, reporting to the worldwide Senior Vice-President for Customer Success. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President - Global Services, North America.

Tim is the Director Of Operations at BMC Software, Inc. He is a confident operational leader who uses strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to drive effective business decisions and performance, delivering increased employee and customer engagement resulting in revenue and margin growth. With strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, he is extremely capable of leading and managing both people and projects, developing a rapport to establish a thorough understanding of customer needs. Coupled with his enthusiasm and results focused attitude, he ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved within the business operation. He joined BMC in 2016 as a Portfolio Director. Earlier in his career, he was the Senior Director Of Operations at JDA Software 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he was the Project Manager at BY from 2010 to 2013.

David Bartholomew

Director - EMEA Growth

David is the Director-EMEA Growth at BMC Software Inc. He was promoted to develop and execute strategy to accelerate growth across EMEA, focused on new logo acquisition across BMC’s full portfolio of solutions. Driving collaboration across Marketing, Inside Sales, Product Business Units and In Country Sales Teams. Prior to this, he was responsible for leading the UK&I Digital Services Operations Sales Team. He was driving new logo acquisition for BMC’s Security and Automation solutions across the UK and Ireland, along with indirect go to market strategy. David was awarded Top Sales Leader Northern Europe for FY18. Prior to joining BCM, David was Head of Sales, Northern Europe Cloud & Hosting before being promoted to Head of Mobile and Connectivity Solutions where he was leading the Mobile and Connectivity Solution Sales team, with responsibility for growing Direct and Indirect revenues for Vodafone UK.
