Elie Girard is a graduate of the École Centrale de Paris and of Harvard University. He began his career as auditor at Andersen, before joining the Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry in the Treasury department. Between 2004 and 2007, Elie Girard worked for the Office of the Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry in France. He joined Orange in 2007 and was appointed Chief of Staff to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 2010 to 2014, he was Senior Executive Vice-President in charge of Strategy & Development of the Orange group, member of the Group Executive Committee. In April 2014, Elie Girard joined Atos as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Atos Group. He was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2015 and Group Senior Executive Vice President in February 2018. In March 2019, Elie was appointed Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He became Chief Executive Officer of Atos in November of the same year.

He is focused on delighting Atos' customers by exceeding their expectations on digital outcomes. Exceptional digital services stem from the innovative application of technologies (e.g. multi-cloud, app migrations, high-performance computing, AI, cyber) combined with Atos' unique deep industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, financial services, energy and utilities and public sector. He is a results-focused Global general manager who brings proven innovation and vision to complex business problems in unsettled environments, large company and start-up. In most challenging of settings, consistent delivery of positive stock-impacting business outcomes– new business acquisition, technical design and delivery, commercial negotiations and operational transformations.

David is the Executive Director of Atos UK&I and member of Atos SE Global Executive Committee. He is an SVP of Business Transformation Services (BTS) division globally and Heading up FSI Business in Northern Europe, specialising in global growth of Atos Financial Services Market. He is a Non Executive Director of Atos’s FCA Regulated Division. BTS is currently home to c4,800 professionals and annual revenues of c£420m and we manage Total Business Transformation services with our key clients. His specialties include: Executive Leadership, Major bid pursuit, Client relationship management, Business Development, Programme Management, financial management, Offshoring, Media, presentation skills, IT skills

Jude is the Human Resources Director for Centers of Expertise in the UK, Atos - encompassing Workforce Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance. She is an IT professional and leader with over 20 years’ experience of delivering IT infrastructure services to the private and public sector; qualified in ITIL (v3 Expert) and Prince2 (Practitioner). She has significant experience in leading large technical and service-based teams. Currently she is employed as UK HR Director for the Centre of Expertise delivering people strategies to help acquire, develop and build the skills, talent and competencies required in the UK workforce.
