Bram Moerman


Bram Moerman is the CEO of Analysys Mason. He has been instrumental in driving many organic and inorganic initiatives which have accelerated the growth of the company to over USD50 million in revenues. Bram has advised clients in many countries around the world, across the core propositions of the firm. His primary areas of expertise are telecoms regulation and policy and due diligence, as part of M&A transactions and debt issuance. As part of his regulatory work, he led the company's work on universal service in Europe in the mid to late 1990s. As Head of the Transaction Support team Bram established the company's reputation in this area. He has also led Analysys Mason's growth in the Middle East and Africa, and has personally directed projects across 15 countries in the African region.

Matt is a Partner at Analysys Mason, where he has worked since 1997. He has advised operators and investors on next-generation network strategies including fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) and future mobile technologies; broadcasters on content distribution using broadband networks; regulators on competitive issues in next-generation access networks and the costs of broadband universal service obligation (USO); and governments on broadband public policy and national broadband plans. Matt has led numerous projects assessing the business case for investment in fibre networks, using both telco- and non-telco infrastructure. He also led our work for the EC on costing the future connectivity needs of Europe including gigabit speeds, covering both FTTH and 5G.

Tom Rebbeck

Partner | Research

Tom Rebbeck leads Analysys Mason’s Operator business services and IoT research practice drawing on more than 18 years of experience in the telecoms sector. He is based in our London office, but works for clients worldwide. Tom is a specialist on the IoT and other enterprise services and has written widely on the role for operators as telecoms markets develop. As well as published research, he has worked on projects for a range of clients – including operators, regulators, industry bodies and vendors. Many of these projects have been supported by original research, such as expert interviews and customer surveys. He rejoined Analysys Mason from Telefónica, where he was a Global Project Manager in the Mobile Data Group.

Charles Murray joined Analysys Mason's London office in October 2014, having previously worked in our Dubai office. He brings together deep technical and commercial knowledge with robust financial analysis to guide operators and investors through complex issues. Charles specialises in mobile network sharing, operator M&A, and infrastructure projects – including tower deals, procurement and network outsourcing. His recent projects include: network sharing strategy for two CIS operators; supporting a tower deal in the GCC; business cases for network consolidation in two M&A deals in the MENA region; and developing a towerco business plan for a network sharing joint venture in Western Europe.
