Chief Executive Officer

Julie Sweet is chief executive officer of Accenture and serves on the company’s board of directors. Prior to becoming CEO in September 2019, Julie served as chief executive officer of Accenture’s business in North America, the company’s largest geographic market. Previously, she was Accenture’s general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for five years. Before joining Accenture in 2010, Julie was a partner for 10 years in the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Chairman and Managing Director, Accenture, UK & Ireland

Olly Benzecry is the market unit lead for Accenture in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI). He is also a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Accenture is privileged to work with many of the FTSE 100 companies and government departments and is committed to using its capabilities and skills to have a positive impact on the broader UKI economies. Olly is a founding trustee and chairman of Movement to Work and is on the board of the UK government's Inclusive Economy Partnership. Alongside this, Olly is a member of the CBI President's Committee and an advisory board member of the Productivity Leadership Group and Innovate UK. He also sits on the Professional & Business Services Council and UK's Digital Economy Council, and is a member of the Made Smarter Commission.

On January 1, 2021, Simon Eaves will succeed Olly Benzecry as the market unit lead for Accenture in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) . Most recently, Simon was Accenture's chief strategy officer with responsibility for all aspects of the company's strategy and investments, including ventures and acquisitions. He is a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee. Before being named chief strategy officer, Simon was group chief executive of Accenture’s Products organisation, serving clients in the consumer goods, retail and travel services; industrial; and life sciences industries.

Paul Daugherty is Accenture’s Group Chief Executive – Technology & Chief Technology Officer. He oversees all aspects of developing and delivering Technology’s capabilities, bringing innovation, intelligence, and deep industry experience together with leading technologies from ecosystem partners to help clients reinvent their businesses as intelligent enterprises and innovate at scale. As chief technology officer, Paul is responsible for driving innovation through research and development (R&D) activities in Accenture Labs and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally. He founded and oversees Accenture Ventures. Paul is responsible for managing Accenture’s alliances, partnerships and senior-level relationships with leading and emerging technology companies, and he leads Accenture’s Global CIO Council and annual CIO and Innovation Forum.
