Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations

Our purpose is to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. We embrace the power of change to create 360° value for our clients, people and communities.

What we believe

Our values shape the culture of our organization and define the character of our company. We live the core values through individual behaviors. They serve as the foundation for how we act and make decisions. Acting with ethics and integrity always has been and always will be the right thing to do.

Accenture’s commitment to our people and to accelerating equality for all has never been more relevant than it is today – to drive our innovation agenda and act as responsible business leaders.

It enables us to attract, develop, inspire and reward top talent. And it creates an environment that unleashes innovation, allows our people to perform at their very best and underpins a culture in which everyone feels they have an equal opportunity to belong and build a career.

This commitment starts at the top with our executive chairman, chief executive officer and Board. And we expect leaders at all levels to help create and sustain a culture of equality where everyone can advance and thrive. Our areas of focus include gender, ethnicity, LGBTI, religion, persons with disabilities and cross-cultural diversity.

We strive to ensure that all our people are compensated fairly and equitably from the moment we hire them through the milestones of their careers here. When we see a disparity for any of our people, we fix it.

Innovation architecture

Lightning, bottled. How do innovative ways of thinking deliver disruptive ways of winning? We take you from research to results. Then we do it all again.

The company defines NEW as the combination of digital-, cloud- and security-related services enabled by innovative technology. The company’s Accenture Innovation Architecture brings together Accenture Research to identify market and technology trends, Accenture Ventures to invest in growth-stage companies, Accenture Labs to incubate and prototype advanced concepts through applied R&D, and Accenture Studios to build solutions for clients with speed and agility.
